The initial session is a chance to see if you think I am the right person to commit to working with on a regular basis.  This is so important when seeking a therapist and I offer this first session at a discounted rate of £30 (for individual sessions only) and then following this we can discuss future session times if you are happy to do so.

I charge £50 for a 50 minute session, I charge £65 for couples counselling which is a 60 minute session. Fees are paid in advance of the session (via bank transfer).

24 hours or more notice is required in the event of a client not being able to attend a session and cancellations are accepted by phone, email or text.  If the session is cancelled on the day, or if a client doesn't turn up for their appointment, I will have to charge the full session price. In certain circumstances however, I will waive the fee as I understand certain situations in life are unavoidable.

Breaks for holidays can be agreed in advance.

Telephone or Skype sessions are available at £50 for individual and £65 for couples and I require payment upfront for all of these sessions. (via bank transfer)
